These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CoreCtic AI. We invite you to read them carefully. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the CoreCtic AI platform, available at corectic.ai. By creating an account or using CoreCtic AI services, you unreservedly accept these Terms.
2. Service description
CoreCtic AI is a SaaS platform enabling companies and developers to monitor, analyze and optimize their spending on artificial intelligence APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, etc.). CoreCtic AI acts as an analytics proxy and does not process request content for permanent storage.
3. Registration and account
To access CoreCtic AI, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is attributable to you. CoreCtic AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these Terms.
4. Pricing plans and subscriptions
CoreCtic AI offers several subscription plans: Standard (free), Premium and Pro. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the user's choice. Any subscription taken out is due for the current period and is non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile area, Billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account automatically switches to the free Standard plan.
6. Intellectual property
The CoreCtic AI platform, its algorithms, interfaces, trademarks and content are the exclusive property of CoreCtic AI SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited. Data generated by your use (logs, statistics) belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time.
7. Liability
CoreCtic AI cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control (third-party AI provider outages, force majeure, cyberattacks). CoreCtic AI's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the three months preceding the incident.
8. Changes to the Terms
CoreCtic AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an agreement, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
